Hello all

So I am currently listening to a 'bitcoin basic security practices' on youtube

It is mentioned that for cold storage, you should have one offline computer where signing transactions and generating addresses occur and a hot computer for transaction broadcasting. Is this possible in Electrum and if so, how is this done?
