once we have two way atms all over world, we have the complete offshare bank without an offshore bank

to be safe, wear a balaclava and gloves when cashing out though  Cool

Lol yes it would be very convenient to have two ways bitcoin atms everywhere but if you have only one per country, "they" can spy you. Localbitcoins offer an easy way to exchange bitcoins a bit under the radar.

even localbitcoins is not safe due to honeytraps

IMO this was a very isolated incident. From what I got from the story, LE was trying to stop people from catering to criminals. The undercover officer repeatedly told the bitcoin seller that he was going to do illegal things with the bitcoin he was purchasing and that was used to morally justify his charges

I have personally had a good experience with robocoin.

It was difficult to find the business that the specific business that housed the ATM but once I found the ATM, using it was very easy. It took only minutes to sign up for a robocoin 'wallet' and get KYC verified (unlike weeks/months for other exchanges). Once I was KYC verified, I sent over 7 BTC to the deposit address, and after 6 confirmations (which happened to take over an hours, but this was not their fault) I was able to withdraw over $2,600 in fiat.

At the moment there are 342 bitcoin ATMs in total around the globe, with about 36% of them are two-way.

Here is the list of two-way operating machines with manufacturer name:

Robocoin Kiosk - 50
BitAccess - 36
Genesis Coin - 22
Bitxatm - 3
LocalBitcoins - 3
Coinplug - 2
CoinOutlet - 2
BTCPoint - 2
BitOcean - 1
Bitcoin Já - 1

Lamassu has an option of making the operations two-way with additional stand, however it is not used by any current location out of more than 100, all of them are one-way (buy only) as of now.

You can find the locations of only two-way bitcoin atms on our map http://coinatmradar.com/ by applying the filter on the main page.

Looking for BITCOIN ATM close to you? Check Bitcoin ATM Map from CoinATMRadar.

Correct me if I am wrong - hopefully I am.
There is no site around with all BTC ATMs listed.

Thing is this is hard to make such site. Not every owner of BTC ATM will know about it etc. This is possible but it is not easy.
So far to find informations about BTC ATMs you must surf few different sites.

Kind regards.

Best one i could find http://bitcoinatmmap.com/loc/location/
Let me know if you find anything different, I wouldn't mind whipping a new listing up if there is nothing that exists.,.
