Connecting Minera to clevermining?

I need help setting up the clevermining pool. It uses the user name and password in the pools URL. So i need to set up the manual script to run this new pool but don't know how. What syntax's do i need for a manual script to run cgminer, i.e. set freq, find usb device, connect to specific pool, etc. Thanks for any help
