Does anyone in the forum have a stock rom of HTC Desire U. Since my device bricked and I have research the internet, but to no avail.

Appreciate if someone can provide me a stock rom.

Is it necessary to unlock bootloader to install stock rom.

did you try googling lol(try again) and yes you need unlock bootloader to flash roms..
