Yeah its almost clean.
Don't forget to change the salts, else people will be able to misuse the website.
Also there can be double deposit errors. You can correct them by making some changes in the database.
Else things are fine.

A lot of them already exist, and its hard to trust the site owners even with the deposits.

This just looks like a pirated version of johny1976's coindice... very sad to see a sr. member do this.  Someone else posted a version with backdoors in it in a another thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=908996.0)
