The S3 is actually selling for closer to $120 now. Either way it is really not that great of a buy anymore because of how much more efficient the s5 is (in terms of electric usage). Buying the s5 may or may not be out of the OP's budget however it is roughly ~$400 plus shipping but will have a much better chance of allowing him to ROI

take an used s3+ and a psu good enough for s5, later when u got enough founds just sell the s3+ and buy an s5
