Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Can you add details? Do you have balance in your paypal? Or do you want to create a new paypal acccount? If its the first, then there are some people on darknet who can help you get funds out of paypal. |

What I don't understand is how you want to buy CS:GO on Steam, have no money and want to verify your Paypal account so you can buy the game. Buying a game on Steam with Paypal doesn't require a verified account (from my experiences). Also, you wanted to buy CS:GO with Bitcoin in this thread ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=906895), so why not do that instead? It'd probably be easier to buy a Steam key with Bitcoin since you only have $0.02 in your Paypal account. |

Hmm, okay then. Exchanging Bitcoin to Paypal is a very bad idea, as it is not supported by Paypal and requires you to exchange through other means. The person that is giving you money through Paypal has the ability to do a charge back, and can basically take the money he gave you back to him. |
