I need to transfer some money to a friend in russia (3500 $).

what the best & reliable service should I use so he can get that as fast as possible (western union if possible).

Use MoneyGram. It's way cheaper.

Out of shape with big p*nis is better than muscular with tiny pecker. Cheesy

You might be able to change it for some Webmoney or Neteller funds. I believe webmoney is based in russia, so you should probably be able to transfer it through here.

you asked the issue in this forum, that mean you are willing to deal with it via bitcoin.

well i know its not the best but its an alternative it might be good to use also the swift  exchange into bank to btc of the localbitcoins.com i  use for small amounts like 50 euros or soo i get alwas good done there other buying or selling of course there a bit of loss but its compreeensible the rates.
