Seeking game developer for online web based game

I'm exploring the idea of creating a "coin pusher" type game for btc.  Basically a digital version of the machines you may have seen in arcades / amusement parks.

Once complete, I'd like the game to be:
- open source and verifiable - ideally blockchain based like satoshi dice
- graphically look photo realistic, rather than cartoony.
- secure, unable to steal coins / game the system etc.
