BitVegas added to the gambling section of the list.

I'd just like to say that the bitvegas game is running very smoothly, lots of people are collecting free millibits, and the withdrawal works if you hack your way around the temporary DNS issue.

Someone said they thought there was a 0.005 BTC minimum withdrawal, so I just tried withdrawing 0.001 BTC and it worked:

Thanks for the info.

Yagshemash!

I not understand, portuguese accent very hard for understand, you are speak English yes?

Why you execute my request for Ponzi tutorial? I ready to start "business"

I know you are not Sacha Baron Cohen, but I am just curious how it would be accepted if a Kazakhi comedian created a Jewish character and portrayed the Jewish people, through this character, as racist, backward and clownish etc.?   Undecided

Just wondering out loud...  not the reason why I won't add you to the list, you just aren't a newb as psy points out.  ( But your playing with that character, and what you say using it, borders on racism itself... unless you are satirizing Cohen's racism...  nm.. just my opinion and just me thinking out loud again. )

Hello Portnoy  Smiley It's about a week by now since I got into bitcoins and I always check https://freebitcoins.appspot.com/ for free bitcoins but it seems to be always closed and its "The Faucet is being fixed; please come back in an hour or three." notice has never been updated  Huh Just sharing  Cheesy

Thanks for the info.  I might have to make a special note for it. I would hate to have to scratch it off the list and then have it come back up and not know since it isn't something that I can keep tabs on, being a one time payout faucet.  It was also the original Bitcoin faucet.
Several months later..... I have continued to check and it appears to be down still. I've been checking since at least October.

Tips are always appreciated 1Gr1MZuqpSZJbApsgpMnHFhKHkXUdHqYRe

Just wondering what's the most anyone has gotten out of all these sites combined.

I watched someone get 0.1 BTC from a free offer, bet it on a few hands of video poker, get a royal flush, withdraw 33 BTC, wait a few months for the price to rise and sell them for just under $1000.

Not bad for free.

If you don't get a payout soon after viewing a video you probably never will. It is one site that doesn't delay payments like some do, and is supposed to send out a payment right after one views a video.

Ever since it started, it seems, there have been complaints of it not paying out for all the videos one views.

First off I think it was determined that one needs to watch the video all the way through without changing the focus ( i.e. not minimizing the browser; not switching to another tab or window etc., )... and even then one may not get awarded. It may be like some of these other BTC pay-for-view services and an offer can get pulled in the middle of watching a particular video.  I just checked it recently and I got paid for 1 video out of about 5 or so that I watched ( I forgot about the not-losing-focus thing on a couple but let the whole video play through without losing focus on at least 3 ).

Many people don't bother with it especially when you have more reliable ones ( and where you can even contact the site owner/operator and get some idea of what is required and what could go wrong and how to correct it, etc. ) like free.btc.pt.

Ah yes... I remember from back in the good ole days ( less than a couple years ago  Wink  ) some people, including myself, sometimes would get prizes with non-zero digits on the left side of the decimal point. And there were more contests and people giving out BTC just for the heck of it.  For example, I won 5 BTC once in one of GoWest's, The Bitcoin Trader, trivia question contests. I think I might've got a whole 1 Bitcoin from a dailybitcoins.org jackpot another time.  People would complain about the faucets only giving out 0.01 BTC etc.

I wonder how long it will be until some people look back fondly and talk about how they would get 0.01 mBTC for free everyday... can you imagine!   Shocked   Cheesy

I should also mention that soon there will be a chance, in the newbie lotto, of winning a bonus on top of the daily take from the faucets.

I was thinking of starting it with a 'first day of spring' bonus draw.  More information here.
