厄瓜多尔正式推出官方电子货币系统。该政府支持的数字货币，被普遍认为，是一种挑战美元（该国法币）的一种尝试。该计划，在7月被批准，并最终决定禁止使用“无国籍”数字货币，如比特币。其他国家，包括菲律宾，也已经在考虑发行自己的数字货币。 #比特币
