Probably he do a "clean slate" by deleting all of his previous posts except the last 43. If you see the profile, he's been here since 2011, and his post history are literally composed of blanks, which probably a preparation before permanent delete.

The post count will diminished due to mass cleaning, and thus the activity could will also goes down as it tied to the post count. But I don't think that'll affect the rank, since you can't just "downgraded". The reason why he do this is beyond me.

only if you are either Hero member or Legendary menber, meaning your rank can not go down even if your activity does.
other ranks are not like this.

if he did it then he probably has something to hide and may be downgraded at any time.

I wouldn't accept him in any campaign, too suspicious for my taste, plus heroes not being downgraded is a bug in the forum, so he should still be jr member

Nope there is no Jr. member rate posted in the first page. You can checked it again. Only Member rank  and above is allowed to join in this campaign.

Yes there is a junior member rate on the spread sheet. That is because secondstrade's signature campaign has been around for a very long time, but they have taken away junior members from the campaign now. You can check the first post, it clearly says that anyone ABOVE junior member can join.
