Actually there are no certain percentage rule (not that I know), but just try to post on english board if we can. I tried to post on international board whenever I found a topic is interesting and worth replying.

OP i was wondering why I havent paid with the exact amount that my rank needs to be. So ive checked the docs and notice that my rank you have listed is only full member, which is supposed to be a senior member.
