I used to drink milk with honey or black tea with honey or raspbery juce for it. Thanks for the advice i'll try green tea next time.

When I have a sore throat I always drink tea and stay in bed,but I drink a wide range of tea,not just green.Next time when I get ill I`ll try to cure myself just with green tea and see if it is fastly.  |

GARLIC tea.
(can always do both. lead with garlic for potency, then follow with green for taste. I don't think mixing would be very tasty tho.)

It depends on why your throat is sore. If you have an infection you probably need something else than green tea.

i never have a soar throat because the ganja keeps me healthy. Smoke ganja once or twice a weak kills germs, bacteria. Some say it can even kill viruses and cancer-cells.
So actually i wasn't ill for like 2 decades. Not one day.

Green tea has anti-oxidants.
You should make it a habit to drink it regularly, not just when you have a sore throat.
