Hello Everyone,
So I work in a factory. There are dozens of computers on the plant floor. I counted at least 40. Now these computers aren't used all the time but they are turned on 24/7.
I recently got an idea to use the computers in the factory to mine bitcoins. I would need to run a bitcoin mining program that is hidden in the background of windows PCs. I also need to be able to adjust the percentage of the resources used by this program.
Is this possible?
If it is possible how would this impact network traffic?
You won't want to do that . Only mining altcoins might be profitable.
You can get in serious trouble. I had a similar issue in college. They had various FPGA's lying around, and I was trying to run a miner on it
The professor somehow got to know, and told me not to do it.
