Mining with an PC is not viable anymore.

Unless you have an POS coin which mines by staking then you only need the certain coin.

You can mine, but it will not be worth the electricity costs. If you are serious about mining you have to invest in proper hardware, but I will not recommend it.

Use your PC to play games, the specs are decent to run the latest games in medium resolution.

All costs should be considered but some people don't care about extra costs or may not even have costs for electricity.  But costs aren't the end of the discussion.  Simply collecting various amounts and types of crypto currencies can have benefits beyond immediate costs.  It's educational for one.  And also, the value of various coins are not really measurable 1-to-1 when you consider what you can get at discounted prices.

you can find many coins that can be mined with CPU,just make a quick search
