I will pay from 0.00002 btc for one address. (and perhaps significantly more)

if you want it for clams you should mention that minimal amount that you get from old address is 0.01 and you want to buy it for a much lower price

There is an altcoin that uses old bitcoin addresses, as target of their distribution.
So you can obtain that alt-coin from distribution by redeeming that address.
If you exchange it back into BTC, you could get around BTC0.013 atm
