The problem is, that it's suspicious if a newbie asks for a loan. There are many scams and no security for the creditor.

There is a link in his profile to a thread that says what you need to do to get your feedback removed. I believe you need to wait 30 days and contribute to the community.

You are probably not really new to the forum if you know to go straight to meta after getting negative trust you don't like

If you have been here for a year then why did you create a new account likely for the sole purpose of asking for a loan.

well like I said, check his signature and read the thread about his requirements to get trust removed. Imo he is fair about removing trust (when appropriate)

+1. Here is the link : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=887515.0

Have you been left negative trust because you asked for a loan as a newbie?

The good news is I do remove negative trust in some cases because not everyone reads the no collateral, no loan rule.
Review that rule here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0

Steps to take:

1) If English is not your native language, have someone translate this for you.  I make no exceptions for non-English speakers.
2) Do not make any additional posts or PMs asking for loans/donations.  Doing so will void this extra chance!
3) After a cool down period of one calendar month (the same date you got the negative feedback, just one month later) you can PM me asking me to remove the negative trust.  I will review your posts, and if you have been sincere, I will remove the trust.

Example:  If I left you negative trust on December 9th, wait until January 9th until you ask to have the trust removed.

I don't want to be bothered with nonsense questions - this is fairly clear.  If you PM me before the cool down period expires, the counter starts again at one month.
