ZTex Core and ISE 13.3

I am wanna use the ztex core in a custom SPartan6-LX150 -2I board.
But the Mapping Fails with the Error Place 543: The Design doesn't fit....
I Only use 87% of the Luts.

Is there some special settings that i have to use ?
