Ok first of all, you can't do anything with an IP address except DDos, find geolocation and stuff like that.
And why would i change your skype pass??

Please don't accuse me for something i have not done..
(btw if you got an e-mail you will most likely have an option "It wasn't you" or something, click there and reset your pass >.>)
