Why must you use Paypal? Why not withdraw the cash and try find someone locally to sell you coins for cash? Most places and people wont trust Paypal at all, never mind non-verified as well.

I don't think you'll be able to find anywhere around here that you'll be able to buy BTC with Paypal. For reputable traders it's even difficult to get BTC for Paypal. Your best bet is to attach your bank account with your Paypal, and withdraw it to your bank. It will take about 2-3 days and then you can use the cash for the wide range of payment options offered here (MoneyPak, WU, MoneyGram, etc). You can use your Paypal balance to purchase goods for someone in exchange for Paypal if you don't want to attach your bank account. Amazon, eBay, and Walmart are all good places to advertise. You can also request a Paypal Debit Card (7-10 Business Days to you in the mail) and you can use that exactly like a regular debit card and pay for BTC through one of the many payment methods.

Why not just verify it? Not that it'll be easier for you to buy BTC with it, but just asking.

Try eBay. Most sellers are high priced; some are selling at exchange price plus commission.

Ebay accepts unverified Paypal? I wasn't even aware that there are people selling bitcoin on ebay, don't they have to worry about charge-backs?

Please take some time to visit ebay.com and enter buy btc in searchbox.

Good luck. Paypal alone is sketchy as hell. Non-verified is almost impossible...well for anyone with any common sense anyway. I have been robbed once by someone on bitmit who was buying BTC with a verified paypal account. Sold her/him about 400$ worth, and a couple weeks later, they reversed it all, leaving me with 400$ less of BTC and -400 paypal bill. Needless to say, I never sold BTC VIA paypal anymore.

I know it is convenient to use paypal, but I don't think you'll have much luck.

This is it.

Otherwise, verify it, withdraw the cash and put it into an exchange.
