Venture Capital Funding for Bitcoin Startups Triples in 2014

It's been a bumper 12 months for bitcoin companies raising funding. In fact, the amount of venture capital flowing into bitcoin startups this year is more than three times the total raised in 2013, according to CoinDesk data.

I think the figure will only rise this year too, but it is comforting to know that people with the big bucks can also see the potential we can.

There's no doubt that a solid base was formed in 2014 via VC money which will likely expand on into the future. These startups will be the lifeblood of the BTC ecosystem allowing for easier use by the masses or at least some % of them.

that would be cool. and Microsoft should take bitcoin!  but hey, we are early in the game , be patient   Wink
