Have around 30 of these, They are registered but not linked with a phone number and need that to perform withdrawal, no restrictions and instant withdrawal. Mining daily and getting an average of 0.00007 exc/fees and a balance of around 0.002 each. Zencloud stopped the promotion as far as I know so it's the 10GHS+ balance.

I dont think he can withdraw any of the funds. I also think that you may be stuck having to spend about 3 bucks for the cheaper Hashlet before you could withdraw any of the profit from the free one. It would be much more trouble for him to focus that much on 30 accounts and would not payoff in the end but could potentially pay off for someone who took one off of his hand, or even someone who has been thinking of creating an account and having the ability to have something extra.

Nah, You don't need to spend a cent to withdraw and that's not unknown and anyone who had a free hashlet can confirm it's free, but you have to use a unique phone number to actually link to the account to withdraw (2FA), I had about 20 numbers that I could link so these are extra, if someone needs some GH's and have some SIM cards then it's for him/her.
Also you can't sell the free hashlet and only profit from the mining/balance.

I can confirm, that you don't need anything to withdraw.
But about bold text in quote, I have just tried withdrawing with my two accounts that are both linked to the same number and it worked without problem.

I am willing to "buy" these accounts and will give you half of the amount. So approx 0.001 per account when I successfully withdraw (have only about 5 numbers). PM me with account usernames and passwords and I will pay you for so many accounts that I could withdraw (maybe will find some more numbers).
