Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

By creating a cryptocoin, you risk being the collective victims of a 51% attack or Finney attack. You should start a Colored Coin asset instead, or something on one of the other platforms designed for this kind of usage.

creating a cryptocoin is not suggested if you are not a tech guy who can solve the problem and fix the bugs
