I sold to that address and the guy scammed another person into sending the money to me for btc. I didn't personally get scammed I'm just trying to help the guy who got  scammed out. I know it's a long shot but it doesn't hurt to try.
The forum was founded in 2009 by Satoshi and Sirius. It replaced a SourceForge forum.

For this reason, before sending bitcoins, email the paypal email address used to confirm the bitcoin address.

And do an extensive google search for the email address too, helps if it pops up elsewhere.
