Bitcoin is clearly in the clutches of murky powers, Hell-bent on turning her and her followers to the dark side.

As pointed out by the Dark Lord, E. Voorhees in his thread, Bitcoin is wearing "the mark of the Beast".

How do we wipe it off?! Angry

Why can't Bitcoin have some other exchange rate against the evil US dollar, like $5? That seemed good enough the other week. Or how about $10? Yess... $10 sounds goood. Then it might actually reflect dollar devaluation and keep up with all that evil quantitative easing.

What say ye? A seance? How do we turn Bitcoin back to the light with minimal fatalities? This is an extremely serious poll so no funny business. Angry

Edit: Poll improved slightly to reflect See-Beast's suggestion.

Howabout a Bitcoin Pride Parade!

Any significantly advanced cryptocurrency is indistinguishable from Ponzi Tulips.

offer assurance of some sort, to give people incentive to use it over the US dollar..

or just give people a reason period.

the world is broken. It's not anyone's fault.. people are stupid. that's how we are. we're just stupid..

so.. what do we need to get going again? first.. kill gays,

then pray,

then come together and see what we can do from there.

wait.. why do you want to save Bitcoin anyway? just like saving America - it's pointless sort of.

see? this is a dumb thread.. face it. you have no point. you're just tickling people in sensitive places.

now will come the attacks on me rather than logical responses.. as usual, Bitcointalk.org members looking for weakness in each other, rather than looking for ways to help each other. yeah, Bitcoin is doomed just like America. except I think America is stronger in a few ways.. (much more people supporting it, cultural history, etc)
