I offered to use escrow with this user for the account. I wouldn't even mind having a trusted escrow here know the account. The account would be used for signature purposes never to involve itself in buying/selling so escrow could see that and also escrow could prevent me from being scammed.

User would not use escrow so I truly believe he is a scammer.

you never offered an escrow you offered me to go to localbitcoins and give you the info then you would release the funds, i felt this was too risky as i told you so i sold to someone else, not my fault we couldnt come to terms, look at your trust score, i was not going to just give you the account info and trust you would pay, sorry buddy but not with an account like yours!
anyway the auction is over, i sold to next in line!
