Help Vanitygen on win 8.1

For a week i'm searching how to run vanitygen on my computer (Os : Windows

I want to know if need compiler or can run without compiler .
If this version not working on Win is their any another same version for windows

Yes you'll need to compile it if you want to build it from source. If you just want to run it, you can download a pre-compiled binary here:
