BitMedia.io Question Losing impressions and clicks.

I have been using http://bitmedia.io as a beta tester,

any other beta testers notice at 4:00PM- 12AM Pacific time showing no impressions at all. or even clicks.  which is 8 full hours of no clicks showing or impressions.

Pretty sure though people can see the adverts and click on them.


any one on here a beta tester and experiencing  these same issues.

spoke to support about this and they mentioned it might be a bug, also I think this has been going on since sign up.

other than that payments have been done instantly once you reach minimum .01 BTC

actually they funded my ads, and have been paying every time I request made about .5 from them already since started.  which was about 2 weeks ago their pay is cpc is very low but hey they pay every 7 days.  if you ave a min of .01

I will be trying this ad network soon hopefully, but this is a bit disheartening.

I noticed the same thing, no hits or clicks for a little while each day but I think that's when they move to the next day...but i'm not sure.

They are still in beta so just report as bug and they will fix it. I had same problems 2 times but now working fine.

you had the same problem?  are you seeing any impressions at the moment? because this is the exact time it starts.   contacted support plenty of times. they say it is a bug but it is still happening.

yeah it shows 0 imp. and 0 clicks for my account now... I think that's when they reset for the next day but it should just reset and not stay at 0 impressions for a while. I do earn everyday but it takes some time for any of the stats to move...like your saying.

They will get it fixed soon i bet.

Notice!

They are not paying out anymore. You need to click a link in your email to send the cashouts and they have disabled the email servers so there is no way to cash out or contact them.

All emails to them will bounce back.

It's too bad too, they where the best paying bitcoin ad network.

If anyone can clone the bitmedia.io website, I might buy it from you and I will run the network on my website.

Yes, they have a problem with it. But we dont know or its just a bug in beta version or they stop this service. Need to wait little bit longer.

You cant cashout or contact anyone....I would say its time to remove the bitmedia ads from our sites.


bitmedia was the best bitcoin ad network and they just gave up... I don't get it...why do people with great sites give up?

I still cant believe than they just finish with this service. They put a lot of work on this, also they not pass beta version?  I think they was not planning to get advertisers in beta so there no funds to scam. I think all advertise was self sponsored.

Anyway, time to use ads space with others ads providers.

From now we are using absolutely new database architecture and due to this fact our company was experiencing some technical challenges. The process of moving to the new platform took us a little bit more time than we expected. We did our best to solve the problem and this would not happen again!

Another inconvenience is that the majority of you are waiting to hear back regarding the letter that you sent to email - support@bitmedia.io                       For sure, it’s not because we are lazy, or forgot about you, it’s all because Google has blocked our e-mail box due to some mysterious reason. We have already found out that the reason was in them, and Google promised to unlock the account as soon as possible. It just takes some time.

I just want to thank you for staying with us. We are almost done with a new feature of our advertising engine and soon we will surprise our advertisers and publishers with a new updates, which will save time for advertisers and help to earn more for publishers.
