I've been using Preev.com for checking the price of BTC and I know it's quite popular but I could never tell how one was supposed to pronounce it. Is it a long "preeev" like the first part of "preview" or is it "pre-ev" like the first part of "pre-evolution"?

You mean like "previa" (the eggvan) but without the "ia" at the end?

Yes  , I meant :prEv:  (like previa without :ia: , or also previous   without :ious:).

Doesn't really matter how you pronounce it but it's pronounced as it is written Pr-ee-v same as how you pronounce Steev. Smiley

Hey! I use preev.com to check Bitcoin price too! Been using it since I started using Bitcoin and I pronoun it as 'preview'.
Hmm.. only the owner could clear this thing up.. wonder what does preev mean.. Smiley

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

Time to be active on the crypto forums again? Proud to be one of the few Legendary members of the Sparkie Red Dot!

Gonna put this on my resume if I ever join a cryptocurrency/blockchain industry!

I usually alternate between pre-ev (where the 'ev' is the same sound as the last part of 'dev') and preev (rhymes with 'Steve').

If Preev is a word that has no meaning then it, along with Google, goes to show that what your site is called doesn't really matter. It's the service that you provide that really counts.
