I think he meant answered, or resolved. there's no point answering a question with the same answer over and over again.

Maybe this thread will help others who also want to delete their account.  

We can ask theymos to sticky it , and if another user come here and want to  know how to delete his account he should only read this thread.

+1. I support your position. It may helps newbies & other members to understand that their accounts cannot be deleted; but, they only can lose access to them.
