Antminer "Pool 1,Pool 2 and Pool 3" questions

Hi!

I have a question, if i will run my miner with 2 pools, does the Ghs will split to two?

Example my miner is hashing 500GHs on 1 pool only.
if i will add another pool will my 500GHs will split to 250GHs per pool?

Its hard to explain because English is not my native language. Sorry for my Very BAD English

The standard pools are not split it uses 2 and 3 as a backup.  IE 1 goes down it goes to pool 2.

You might be able to use Quota if you wanted to split it, but I have never done it myself.
