You will probably need to reset it back to factory settings (and then make any adjustments that you previously made again).

Please power on the S3 and let it run for at least 3 minutes! Then please find a little hole next to the network port (right hand side) Use a paperclip or cellphone Sim card ejector Pin (or similer) to push a little knob inside that hole in the below picture and hold it for at least 5 - 10 seconds. Let it go, and wait for 3 minutes, and power it off. Please wait for another 30 seconds, then power it back on and it should be reset to 192.168.1.99 IP and all should be the factory reset condition How to?

Not plain usb connection. There is serial connection (chances are you use usb for it). But not a plain usb to usb on controller board.`

Yes if it's out of warranty you can buy it from them. I believe it's 90 day's of warranty if you purchased from them direct (IE not ebay etc). Contact bitmain warrenty.

Welcome to the club. The reset method post above does not work. I have 3 S3 miners and tried resetting them at least 25 times and there is no way to do it that I know of. Even bitmain states that if you forget the IP address you can never access the miner again. As far as I can tell the reset button doesn't do anything at all.c
From Bitmain: *** If you decide to change the AntMiner's IP address, Please Write It Down & DO NOT FORGET it. If you forget the IP address, you will not be able to access AntMiner again. ***

Factory default setting for IP address on S3's is 192.168.1.99, so, when you depress (and hold for a good 15-20 seconds), BTW, make sure your doing this while it is running (also, give it 3-4 minutes to fully bootup before pressing factory reset button), it should reset back to default.
