Hi, can anyboby tell  me how to run cgminer with block erupter blade?

You cannot.

Developer/maintainer for cgminer, ckpool/ckproxy, and the -ck kernel
2% Fee Solo mining at solo.ckpool.org

You can, however, use BFGminer as a mining proxy.

Please DO NOT send me private messages asking for help setting up GPU miners. I will not respond!!!

You need to use BFGminer as a mining proxy UNLESS you mine with a pool that supports the older GETWORK (triplemining.com is the only one I know of that still supports it.)

bfgminer.exe --http-port 8332
This will start bfgminer as a proxy and listening on port 8332
You will need to configure your blades to get work from the proxy. So, if bfgminer was running (as a proxy) on 192.168.0.100 you would configure your blades for 192.168.0.100 port 8332
On the blades, the username and password will not really do anything. You want to set the pool username and password on the proxy.
