how to send Multiple payments

What's the best way to send Multiple payments from Electrum?

Type like this:

I wan to send two payments each one 0.001 with normal fee is 0.0002 with csv text .0008?

Your transaction worked out to over 3000 bytes, so it rounds up to 4 kb, and charges you 4 x normal fee.

The reason why is probably because you have received a lot of small amounts of bitcoins many times.
