no, I'd say they do not qualify, even though they benefit greatly from it re: conibase.com, let's wait on this one, I do not see any information about them being incorporated on their website. |

Satoshi Ltd. is registered in Colorado and run by Ira Miller and me, and includes Coinapult and Paysius. You can definitely add BitInstant LLC to the list of course.
