Your Ripple account needs to be funded (minimum 20 XRP), after you have done that just click on the vase

Likely internet issues on your end, no one else has had this issue. Also please verify your Ripple account is funded, the fountain only works on activated Ripple accounts (accounts with 20+ XRP).
