I don't think so, I am not enroll to this campaign and I got my 100 PRV. Yaa, my friends already claim 100PRV free without join signature campaign. But i can't  you can get it too if you have funded ripple wallet. |

I don't know whats wrong but until now I'm not receive 100PRV my ripple already funded, using chrome browser and I didn't see PRV in rippletrade already visited https://providence.solutions/#/tab/fountain and login with my ripple then click the amphora, but didn't happen since five days ago  you dont know why ?... because you not join the signature campaign 100 PRV is free for everyone without join this campaign  |

yaa many people said like you too i didn't know what happen, my ripple already funded too but nothing happen and my balance still zero but after i added new gateway with min 40 XRP after that i got 100 PRV its easy for you but hard for me, i don't know why |
