Our 12BTC limit has been reached in record time!
- Don't reinvent the wheel, just realign it -
http://www.allstarscoin.com/templates/metronic/assets/frontend/onepage/img/Untitled-4.fw.png
Announcing some features of the greatest coins combined, tweaked and improved
The most decentralized and honest coin ever
There will be no pools during the mining period. The only way to get Allstars is by mining in-wallet. A speed limit of 500Gh/s will apply to ensure that everybody has an even chance on mining Allstars.
By limiting the hashrate, and not allowing any pools, we also level out the rental miners who mostly dump the amount of coins they mine to pay the bills. We want to create a stable coin with a stable market value, hence the decision of limiting hashrate and pools.
Even the investement round will be limited to a fixed amount to prevent large accumulations of Allstars by a single person.
Bitcoin inspired SHA256 algorithm
The SHA256 algorithm has proven to be durable. Most of the crypto miners are in posession of ASIC devices capable of mining coins using this algorithm.
Since we believe these devices are the most spread bitcoin mining devices, we have chosen to use this algorithm so everybody can have a chance on mining Allstarts.
Full anonymous and access via TOR
We will support the Darkcoin anonymous feature. This means you can send and receive your transaction fully anonymous without ever leaving a trail behind.
The default transaction mix will be 8x. This ensures a high lever of security for your privacy.
We will also implement TOR access from all your devices.
50% Proof of Stake rewards
Keepers will be rewarded! Keep your coins staking in your wallet and receive a 50% extra on your staking coins.
The minimum stake age is 14 days, the maxiumum is unlimited.
In-wallet exchange for multiple currency
Buy, sell and trade your Allstars from inside your secured wallet. No waiting before your coins are getting confirmed at exchanges. No fees, no charges.
We've implented as possibility to exchange your Allstars against other currencies, like btc, ltc, drk, xpy, ...
Superiour buy wall
About 90% of the funds raised in the investement round will be used to create a solid, stable buy wall.
Since there is no premine, we will use the funds to buy the coins needed to payout our investors shares. We will also buy enough to exchange against other currencies. As so, we create a solid unbreakable buy wall at the highest possible price.

This is a pre announcement. All details will be on our website first, topic gets updated afterwards. Please note that the new user account has a 5 minutes posting limit

Updates
CURRENT IPO STATS:
Total received balance: 11.96114 BTC
# of 'whale' packages: 8 sold * 1 = ~7BTC # of 'investor' packages: 3 sold * 0.5 = ~1.5BTC # of 'trader' packages: 6 sold * 0.2 = ~1.2BTC # of 'supporter' packages: 12 sold * 0.1 = ~1.2BTC
Our 12BTC limit has been reached in record time!
This community has to decide what happens now.
Option 1: We close the IPO. Option 2: We remove 'whale' and 'investor' package and let it run for another 24h to give smaller investors a chance to invest.
I have a total of 29 investors, at least 12 should give their opinion on this subject. If we do not agree for one of these options, i will simply close the IPO myself.
Let me hear your choice/suggestion.
I will wait until 12:00 CET before closing IPO down myself.
Note: 'Whale' package will be removed from the website. Max 8 has been reached.
Website frontend and IPO are open! IPO Details:http://allstarscoin.com/templates/metronic/assets/frontend/onepage/img/pricing.pngIPO specsThe payments are processes by Litebit.eu. All our personal information is confirmed, including bank accounts, address and ID. You can checkout using BTC, LTC, XPY, DOGE, FTC and DRK. LIMITED supply A live ticker will be implented to show the current status. IPO will be limited around 12 BTC and only 8 'Whale' investements max. TimelineThe timeline will be adjusted later on shifting 2 days. BuyBack during POW15 BTC will be available during the PoW to exchange your shares for BTC, ensuring a 100% guaranteed buyback. Website frontendThe website will be tweaked and adjusted on regular base. Please visit the website on a regular base to ensure the latest update. WWW.ALLSTARSCOIN.COM06/01/2014: Due to having the flue, launch was delayed a few hours.
Due to the complexity of our entire coin, having a fulltime job and a family with young kids, we've outsourced the coding to 3 different companies. 2 of those companies have failed to meet our strict requirements and mostly failed on limiting the individual mining speeds. The company who remained has provided us with a perfect test version of the coin we are launching. That being said, the launch should be on schedule like announced in the OP. Stay tuned and follow us @ https://twitter.com/AllstarsCoin

Oh, hai. Who are you and why do you want our bits? EDIT: Oh, and let me guess. CCEX will host the ICO? (If there is going to be any exchange at all.) Full anonymous and access via TOR
http://www.darkreading.com/risk-management/tor-anonymity-cracked-fbi-porn-investigation-role-questioned/d/d-id/1111037?The most decentralized and honest coin ever
There will be exchanges, right? It means it's centralized. Regarding "honest". What do you mean exactly? 50% Proof of Stake rewards
14 days minimum? oh, wow. I see what you did there! We've implented as possibility to exchange your Allstars against other currencies, like btc, ltc, drk, xpy, ...
Okay, possibilities. Sounds fair tbh. XPY? Better don't mention that coin's name if you believe in what you do. Okay.. Most important for the end. About 90% of the funds raised in the investement round will be used to create a solid, stable buy wall.
What I suggest, get an escrow to make an account and do that. // I highly believe this is a grab and go scam. They're making an IPO without even having a product. Or they must suck at presentation, because their timeline doesn't make any sense. (Check the timeline for reference) // My theory is. He'll put an address up, then ask for funds upfront, before he even releases anything. This reminds me of that perfume coin. But what do I know. I might be wrong. ( Seriously. ) ALWAYS DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH BEFORE YOU INVEST BITS OR MONEY IN SOMETHING. I did mine and I'm staying away.

No pools only in-wallet mining? Ok fine. However I'm not sure I understand the system you've set up for the IPO. Since there is no premine, how will you decide how much to charge per coin during the IPO and how could you possibly predict the price on the exchanges? Also why couldn't the investors simply buy the coins themselves? I'm probably missing something here, would be great if you could explain in details how this will work. Will be watching this thread. Good luck!

cool, will create a pool It would be great if you want to review the code before launch, as a trusted member of this community. With the 500Gh/s speed limit, setting up a pool will be close to impossible during the PoW periode. CCEX will host the ICO? (If there is going to be any exchange at all.) No, I dont see a reason to pay somebody a lot of money to hold and ICO. Second, it's no ICO but IPO. I'm not selling coins, i'm offering shares. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Initial_public_offeringThe most decentralized and honest coin ever There will be exchanges, right? It means it's centralized. Regarding "honest". What do you mean exactly?
If some exchange wants to use ALLS, they are free to do so. Decentralized means everybody gets an equal amount of the pie until PoW is over. Even our IPO has strict limits per user to avoid accumulation. We've implented as possibility to exchange your Allstars against other currencies, like btc, ltc, drk, xpy, ... Okay, possibilities. Sounds fair tbh. XPY? Better don't mention that coin's name if you believe in what you do.
You can freely exchange your ALLS in your dashboard against other currencies. XPY will be amongst them, but not limited to XPY.
Since the initial exchanging will be the online wallet platform, it's possible to exchange your shares. On initial IPO, you buy shares, not a coin. You need to understand that. This is not KING. You get shares that you can trade and exchange online in your webwallet against multiple currencies. Once PoW is over, your shares get exchanged for ALLS at a price based upon available coins, rewards, mining investements, etc. The purpose of IPO is getting funds BEFORE launch. But as i noticed, you tend to mix things up here. I do appreciate you looking over the details that i wrote. But what do I know. I might be wrong. ( Seriously. ) It's up to us to prove you wrong, but you are 100% right in asking the correct questions. Note that we DID NOT promote the IPO round yet. We only mentioned it will happen, but it's not our top priority right now. You just need to understand that: ICO = paying 1btc to create a coin, launch it in 12h time, and get a tonload of money on premine. IPO = getting funds before a launch in order to deliver a quality product by selling shares of your future product and reward the initial investors before public release.

What's the total coin amount? How many of them will be sold via IPO?
~122.000 ALLS will be mined. IPO will have strict limits applied to them. Once the details are 100% worked out, we will update the topic. Current IPO structure: 0.1 BTC => 250 ALLS => 0.0004 BTC per share 0.2 BTC => 500 ALLS => 0.0004 BTC per share 0.5 BTC => 1470 ALLS => 0.00034 BTC per share 1 BTC => 4000 ALLS => 0.00025 BTC per share This still needs some tweaking, so dont get fixed on it yet. Only 1 investement per user will be allowed! No pools only in-wallet mining? Ok fine. However I'm not sure I understand the system you've set up for the IPO. Since there is no premine, how will you decide how much to charge per coin during the IPO and how could you possibly predict the price on the exchanges? The more IPO there is, the more we need to buy ALLS from the users at the online wallet exchange, in turn securing a buy wall. Ofcourse, IPO shares will be available only for 11 days, and total will be limited to around 40k. None of these numbers are fixed and are still subject to changes until the final IPO scheme has been posted.

I'll just ask one more thing. How many coins have you made in the past? You're mentioning my coin, so you've been around for a long period. So, I assume we know each other, or we've chatted before. I know the difference between ICO, IPO/ITO/ISO/PISSO, or whatever anyone wants to call it. So, you're asking funds, with a newbie account. No one knows who you are, or if you're even going to deliver what you're writing in OP. Am I wrong here? I'm just trying to debate and understand what's going on. Only 1 investement per user will be allowed!
Per bitcointalk account you mean? Because 1 person can invest much more if he makes new accounts, or if he even own older accounts.

Yes we chatted, and even debatted about KING way before it's launch. Yes, i've seen ocminer making his first posts about setting up his pool. Yes, i'm here for a longer period of time than the avg users on this forum. Nobody needs to know who is behind this coin already. I want the people to trust me and allstars. I'm not asking for your trust to be granted, it's up to me to earn it. I dont want people to be like "Oh, it's user X behind it, now we can trust it!". I want this coin to stand on it's own. And whoever is behind it as a team, may or may not be revealed once the coin is up and running. EDIT: 1 investement per email address/session/ possible cookie. Ofcourse one can invest much more, but i cant stop them from doing so. But i dont see why someone would buy the entire available shares by himself

I'm not yet, but users seem to tackle the IPO section from the minute they see it Well, with the year 2014 being the year of the scam for crypto, i understand. Once the IPO phase gets closer, it's up to us to gain the trust of some users. This is a project for the longer term, not to get an instant moneyflow. If that was the purpose, buying some premade coin and hosting ICO was way cheaper and faster than doing this.
