I want to pay someone a few bitcoins to create a new alt-coin for me.

I have an idea for a new alt coin, just for fun.    I also have some bitcoins that I can throw at it's development.  What will 2 or 3 buy me?
 
First of all, it will follow an 's' curve distribution so that miners won't have to be there at the genesis block.  Block rewards will increase initially before decreasing.  This is a better way to do things because it feels more fair. 
 
Secondly, zero premine, obviously. 
 
Third, I want it to have 1,618,033,989 max coins. 
 
A snazzy logo?  A tipbot?

I want to bring americanpegasus coin to life.  This world deserves a better class of alt coin and I think we can give it to them.  I am world famous as a crazy investing genius and alt-coin promoter, and I think it's a perfect fit to brand a new alt coin with.

I've been involved in a few launches of coins and watched the planning of a few, but I'm honestly new to this.  And because I don't want to be labelled as 'idea guy, you do the work' that's why I'm paying for some help, and willing to do some work as well. 
 
I'm not familiar with newer mining tech, but I know that we have made great strides with recent alt coins (i.e. gravity wells, etc.). 
 
Let me pull up a recent alt coin and check out their schedule and get a feel for it.

Great! With the state of crypto atm we need more shitcoins being developed don't we? Just please don't do it! This is what is damaging crypto! Too many amateur devs are killing it!
