If the company finally going to bail and go bankrupt as the legal court release said that they are going to file for bankruptcy then how is anyone to actually file a claim against a company that has zero assets left to distribute across all its customers. Plus the Chinese police claiming it was an inside job maybe something will come to light and the coins are magically found again and a recovery process starts to happen. Only time will tell with gox

paying the debtor a visit in person usually works in my experience

Be radical, have principles, be absolute, be that which the bourgeoisie calls an extremist: give yourself without counting or calculating, don't accept what they call ‘the reality of life' and act in such a way that you won't be accepted by that kind of ‘life', never abandon the principle of struggle.

It just shows how twitch tv has no integrity. I remember actually watching good players stream on there originally. Look at the people they let stream now. Every other video is an average girl who is the lowest rank possible, yet twitch promotes them as gamers.

How does he still have money?
He stole 800k bitcoins, and he's been selling thousands of them for at least half a year. If thats true how can he sleep at night? how can Josh Homo Garza sleep at night? these people are not "normal" people. thats the reason. ^^ This about sums it up.

[frappucino photo redacted] I may have the chronology wrong, but I believe that photo was snapped before the big implosion. Rather, I think it was when withdrawals were merely 'problematic'. Granted, the bitcoins may have already been gone, but the world at large did not yet know this.

Either way we have the esteemed Mr K. casually strolling into his bitcoin bank , wearing a t-shirt holding his coffee frappucino, knowing fine well things were not all so well and good in the banks books, regardless if the public had been told yet, he knew..... oh and he was wearing a t-shirt

Is Mark Karpeles still in Japan or he moved to a more secluded country? To be honest with the amount of people with questions and many people after him I doubt he is safe anywhere until he can give solid proof he had nothing to do with the hacking and loss of coins. No doubt that he is somewhere in the world waiting for all this to settle down and for him to spend everyone else's coins.
