I'm a representative of CoinXerox. If there was any delay, I'm sorry for that. I would like to clarify current withdraw processing in this thread (although these information is also available in some older bitcointalk posts).
In short we currently checking all withdraw requests by hand. Please understand, we do this extra effort to protect balaces of our players (we don't forget for Mt.Gox). It is not as fast as possible, but definitely it is as secure as possible.
We already have implemented auto-mode, and we are checking it by any single withdraw request. So far our transaction processing software seems stable. During next few weeks, we are going to switch to auto-mode withdraw processing.
To recap current state:
- Deposits are processed after one confirmation.
- Withdraws are processed by hand (may take a few hours). To process withdraw request all deposit transactions must be fully confirmed.
- Withdraw auto-mode coming soon.
We already payout a lot of winnings (including really big ones). I believe bitcointalk users are among them as well. Please, ask bitcointalk users for their experiences at first, before post a scam accusation. Thanks.
