What's wrong with yoibit. I got tickets 1 month old and not once did i get a replyl

Right now all my coins are out of them and I will never use them again. They messed up big time to me.
I had a problem yesteday with my wallet at yobit and they solved it within a day.

At the chatbox of yobit you can see if the admin is online. His name appears in blue. For us members is it grey.
There you can contact the admin to help you.
It can perhaps take a few hours before an admin comes online, but you have to be patient.
