If i were you i should take a ticket at the site of yobit and sent your message that way to the admin of yobit.
I have done this so a few days ago and within 24 hours i got a mail and my problem was solved.
You can also try to use the chat at yobit and when an admin comes online you tell about your problem in the chat;
Blacksmith is a good admin.
The admin 's name is colored blue in the chatbox. Of us is grey as members.
I hope to have helped you a little bit this way.

There is nothing wrong, there just is no buy orders.
That means no body is willing to buy your coins so that is why your order is pending.
You can wait for it to fill (someone to buy your coins) or cancel it.

I have been using YoBit for quite sometime now. 

It will be cooler if they add an ability to import paper wallets for possible altcoins. For example, I have some Namecoins and Huntercoins (mined from F2Pool) in my paperwallet and I find no exchange having this feature. Thus it becomes impossible for me to trade them until now.
