How to find funds ? / Looking for investors

I'm working on a project since few months and now I need funds to pay my dev who works on it...
How can I find investors easily ?

Our project is to create a coin which offers new way of transaction, something who has never done before.
We need ~10 BTC. Of course the "rewards" are % interests + % of sale...
