How firm are you on that price? I'm interested but not sure if I will make a ROI. Most traffic is coming from 2015 supra keywords, you would think traffic would drop as people lose interest as the year goes on.

I also have a couple of other questions: Most traffic is coming from google searches. Have you bought any links or pay for advertisement?

Just a clarification, site earns 250 CAD (Canadian Dollars) a month, so that equals to ~211 USD right?

Well considering the Canadian dollar is slightly low right now yes. However Only Google Adsense pays me in Canadian dollars. Both Media.net & Amazon.com pay me in USD.

SO to clarify Adsense pays roughly $125 - $150 CAD Per month. Media.net Pays roughly $100 $125 USD per month and Amazon makes $20 - $30 USD per month.

So on average about $225 - $240 USD per month.
