bump.

It take me several months at best to accumulate this all at once to buy myself. Question BTW, what happens when someone buys the site? Does that mean new content is up to the owners, will something be arranged? Would like to know more.

Well in all fairness there isn't a TON of information being released on the 2015 Toyota Supra FT1 Project. However my current posts are SEO'd to the MAX and will continue to dominate page 1 ranking for quite some time.

As for writing the content and posts. If someone purchases this for my full asking price. I will include 1 month of posts for free. (Which would only be 1 or 2 posts) Otherwise hiring someone to write the content wouldn't hurt either. But considering the website is growing $50+ per month in revenue.. It wouldn't effect your wallet much.

Have you tried selling this on flippa? If your site visitors are organic and your income is stable. You can sale your site up 12 to 36 times what you earn in one month.

It's on Flippa right now. Just not selling for nearly as much as I expected (Or as you suggested).

I've noticed a slight drop in sales on my other sites too. I think after Christmas and after the Bitcoin drop. Not many Internet entrepreneurs have the money to spend as freely as they used to.

My income/revenue is stable and increasing daily. My traffic is ALL organic.

I just checked out flippa, is it possible/feasible to just make passive income by buying domains? Glitter bombing is huge right now hehe Wink

OK. I have 2 more Q...

1. What is wrong in posting 2015ToyotaSupra.com in a hyperlinked format ? You would have got another back link. How can it harm SEO ?

2. You are asking for 2000/250 = 8 times of your monthly revenue. But, the domain contains 2015, so it'll probably not be relevant after 2015 in terms of SEO. How do you explain that the buyer will be at profit in the long run (assuming buyer could get interest from bank by doing fixed deposit for 2000 USD) ?

1. I never said it would harm SEO. I would just rather not have my site appear on Google for "Selling Established Website...." as that isn't exactly related to my content.

2. Backlinks are already in place, SEO isn't just based on relative links, they rank websites based on authority, relativity and age. My site is gaining age. Is completely niche targeted.

Once this car is released or at least more merchandise than this becomes a solid stream for revenue. The car was also released in 2015, therefore that will continue to be one of the search terms for as long as the car is popular.

It's no different than the amount of people that search "1969 Ford Mustang Fastback". I get over 30K unique visitors per month. 86.7% is Organic

If the buyer would be willing to add more merchandise from amazon relating to Toyota, and perhaps sold private advertising they'd have even more opportunity for revenue.

thats a valuable point, after 2015, the blog might get traffic but less compared to the mom basis.

I was referring to the 30k visitors and 86.x% organic for 2015ToyotaSupra.com

However if you'd like to know..

http://mustang2016.com - I get traffic to that site from "1969 Ford Mustang Fastback"

Could use the upfront cash rather than long term.

This is based on what experience? Why would someone search for a 2016 Toyota Supra, when the car was released in 2015? Obviously it will get searches, but as I just explained. It's no different than those searching for a 1969 Ford Mustang... 1969 was 46 years ago.. Yet it still gets search traffic..

As I'm slightly in need of cash I've lowered the price to $1,500.

I will give you $400 tops.

That's all its worth.

And your evaluation is based on? You are too generous offering me 1.5 Months of earnings.

Please take your pathetic attempts at an offer elsewhere.
