Dear backer,

Our apologies for keeping you waiting.

Here is the CoolWallet development progress:

The firmware is stable.

The battery, while mostly stable, shorts for a few minutes when requesting transactions continuously (~10 times). It needs a short break between each transaction or generating receiving address.

We are working to improve this battery issue. We have made two small batches of CoolWallets and are testing them as we wish to deliver you the best quality in cold storage.

Our revised estimate for completing the final batch and delivering is July.

I have seen your cool wallet listed here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=899253.0 and I really think it is cool, though someone have detected some security flaws in cool wallet and I will advise that you take it serious because critics will always make us to be better than what we are.

I've read through the FAQ on the site but could not find any detail in regards to the private keys.

Where are the private keys held and where does the signing of transactions take place?

From the information provided it seems like CoolWallet does little more than provide a OTP to use on the phone wallet.

What did I miss?

Hello guys

I have FINALLY received my COOL WALLET. Looks awesome !!!

However, there are some things that I did not LIKE . Like the packaging (please see the photos). For a high-security device, the postal service is NOT good. Please charge a premium and make the shipment in decent conditions.

Also, I recommend you guys to SEAL the device box (anti-tampering). Two little pieces of adhesive tape = NOT OK

On the other hand, there is no reference on your website to the app and because of this (Sept 10, 2015) the device is pretty useless. If I am wrong please point me in the right direction.
