Can anyone recommend a site where one can buy Bitcoins with Paysafe, Paypal or Ukash? And which site has the lowest fees? So far I know about Virwox. Does anyone know of a better and/or cheaper place?

In which currency do you have PSC available? I was looking for one close to 10 USD PaySafeCard in exchange for equivalent amount of BTC.
Please let me know if you are interested. Willing to use an escrow but please keep in mind that PaySafeCards have a 2 IP Address Balance Check limit, after which the card is blocked.

Btw, I wanted to ask, are PaySafeCards restricted based on IP of the country too?
