Well , for example , I have 1 steam account that only has FEZ on it , and 1 steam account with CS : GO and other 10 games , are you saying they should worth the same? Correct me if I'm wrong , and thanks for the comment!

The better question is how long will the account last. Once the password is changed people are out of luck unless somehow you have multiple accounts with the same exact games on it and can replace when it goes bad. How long is the warranty?

What would this accomplish let me tell you something from personal experience. Someone about 2 years ago hacked my steam account which the only game I had was left for dead 2. I did not play it for a year and never really noticed. When I finally realized it my password was changed and so was the email to my account. I still managed to recover both my account and game. All I had to do was take a picture of the cd key with my name and email written on it and presto it was reset and whoever was using my account was locked out. I highly doubt he is selling his own accounts but hacked accounts like mine was.

When I sell Steam account you have the chance to change the account's email , so no need to worry. If something happens to the account , it won't , you can charge back ofc

Main email will have receipts owner purchased stuff, just take screenshot all receipts. So he can't not charge back with main email. Change main email password safest way.
